Erika Bjune is Transformetic’s founder and primary coach. Erika is a serial entrepreneur and knowledge professional who has served in executive roles, including CEO, CTO, CIO, CPO, and VP. She holds a Master’s degree in Transformative Leadership and is certified as an Agile Coach, Agile Facilitator, Product Owner, and ScrumMaster. Erika has been transforming organizations with Agile practices and transformative leadership principles for more than 15 years.
